Legislative Representation
ARSM-HACCA is a charter member of the Alabama Subcontractors Coalition and financially supports representation on subcontractor related legislation through the ASC and the American Subcontractors Association of Alabama.

Education
ARSM-HACCA provides access to web based seminars covering a wide variety of workers' compensation related subject matters. Additionally, ARSM-HACCA provides access to other training and educational seminars through its annual convention and partnership with the American Subcontractors Association of Alabama.

Annual Convention
ARSM-HACCA hosts an annual convention that includes educational speakers, deep-sea fishing, golf tournament and an awards banquet. The annual convention is a great networking opportunity as well as fun and fellowship.

Quarterly Newsletter
ARSM-HACCA provides a professional newsletter that includes timely articles related to contracting, industry related updates and association news.

Human Resource Services
ARSM-HACCA is currently working on a Human Resource Program that will allow the membership to get certain HR services provided by a professional service, including the production or review of an employee handbook. Additional services will be provided by the service at a discounted fee.

Supplemental Insurance Program
ARSM-HACCA endorses Aflac as a preferred provider of supplemental insurance. Aflac is believed to the largest provider of supplemental insurance.

Aflac offers a number of different policies. Additionally, Aflac offers other services including Flexible Benefit Plans, which provide great benefits and tax savings for both your business and employees.

Workers Compensation Self-Insurance Fund
ARSM-HACCA is the endorsing association of WorkersFirst CompFund, the oldest workers' compensation self-insurance fund in Alabama.

Discount Program(s)
ARSM-HACCA provided discounted safety equipment through our e-store and additional safety equipment discounts are available through the association. ARSM-HACCA is currently working towards additional membership discount programs.

Electronic Safety Library
ARSM-HACCA provides access to an extensive e-library of safety training documents.
